By creating an account or using Resu.Me, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Resu.Me.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You own the content you create on Resu.Me — your videos, your profile, your words. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to host, process and display it so we can operate the service (for example, transcoding your video and serving it to people you share your link with).

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing or harmful. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Do not misuse the service: no scraping other users’ data, no impersonation, no attempts to probe or disrupt our systems, no automated bulk account creation, and no use of the platform to spam or deceive.

The core of Resu.Me is free. We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resu.Me will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for free accounts, is zero.

If we make material changes to these terms we will notify you by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
